Awesome full service agency client looking to add an Account Sup to the team.

As an Account Supervisor you’ll be responsible for managing designated projects, managing and providing professional growth to Account Executive(s) and maintaining solid client relationships built on the trust and confidence to deliver smart and flawless work. You will also work closely with the Account Director to ensure the account and client service team has the resources and ability to contribute their best while seeking opportunities to expand our services to the client.

What you’ve done
As a qualified candidate you have a solid foundation in direct marketing, you are proficient in executing email and direct marketing campaigns, and you champion the use of data and insights to help drive the strategy.
Completed your Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
5+ years related experience in an agency environment and client-facing role
E-Mail and Direct Mail proficiency required, Digital experience a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and presentation communication skills
Strong organization and project management skills
Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to mentor and lead direct reports
