Account Supervisor

Vitamin T's client, a leading internal communications provider for pharmaceutical and biotech, is looking for an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor is responsible for growing and managing business within assigned client groups by leading account teams to develop innovative, business-focused, client appropriate communication, meeting and training strategies. Additionally, the account supervisor strives to build external client relationships that evolve into true partnerships, represents the voice of the external client in leading the account team and represents the primary's clients approach to the external client.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide strong strategic consultancy always focused on what the external client needs as opposed to just providing what the external client asks for

· In conjunction with the account team develop, oversee and present appropriate strategies that will exceed external client expectations.

· Lead development of proposals; provide clear direction to estimator; understand all estimates before presenting to external clients.

· Build and maintain relationships with key influencers

· Work, in accordance with the primary client's vision, to foster a partnership mentality

· Seek to understand external clients’ business goals, challenges and needs

· Identify new business opportunities; develop strategy to land the business; lead presentation and proposal development; execute presentations that align with external client expectations and overall company strategy.

· Lead the account team by providing strategic insights thru clear/concise communication

· Energize and excite the creative team to provide innovative strategy-centric solutions

· Work in partnership with Assistant Account Manager/Project Manager to ensure success of day-to-day tactical execution of purchased solutions.

· Seek continuous feedback from external clients on primary client performance

· Provide positive feedback to account team members to motivate building on successes; and provide constructive intervention to encourage improvement when necessary

· Inspire account team members to stay positive during times of extreme stress and looming deadlines
