Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor participates, motivates and helps to lead teams

in the development of strategic ideas, integrated plans, production and

execution. They foster and grow strong internal relationships and agency

culture, as well as build the trust and confidence of clients.

Responsibilities:

· Help lead integrated campaign plans and creative from initial

development through to production/execution in broadcast, digital, social,

mobile, print, OOH, collateral, event marketing

· Effectively manage costs and budgets

· Work closely to monitor and manage the creative production process,

meet key dates and ensure smooth internal and client communications

· Develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients,

agency partners and internal teams

· Supervise and mentor account executive(s)

Desired Skills & Experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 6 years experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in

an advertising agency

· Proven success in managing budgets and tight timelines

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once

· Organized, great attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communications

· Ability to confidently present, actively listen and champion ideas

· Experience or interest in multicultural marketing

· Digital advertising and production

· Automotive category experience
