=======FULL JOB DESCRIPTION=========
This person will be responsible for leading and delivering on relationship marketing and interactive programs for our growing industries. They must provide excellent levels of service and support through strategic marketing recommendations, development of integrated programs, oversight of program implementation, and team leadership.
This person must have an ongoing knowledge of a client’s business (including competitors/pipeline product, media mix, spending, etc.) and assist the client in the development of innovative interactive programs. In addition to the development, they will work towards the targeted messaging, technical execution, and establishing the appropriate metrics for the campaign and reporting on these results. Must be able to integrate online and offline Customer Relationship Management programs, have experience launching direct marketing programs, and have a solid understanding of database marketing requirements to support them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recommend online and offline direct marketing programs that will convert prospects into customers, retain them, and evolve them into advocates
Interface with technical team and database analysts to ensure data capture is relevant to drive future customer communications
Evaluate CRM programs and tactics that coordinate multiple customer touch points to ensure successful consumer experience
Manage flawless program execution and communicate status of program deliverables to client
Provide guidance and direction to marketing and intelligence group to ensure programs are meeting/exceeding objectives; Manage communication of program results and recommendations to client.
Develop and maintain on-going, mutually beneficial relationships with client and vendors
Maintain in-depth understanding of client's overall marketing objectives and strategies to ensure leadership position.
Work with project team to determine and prioritize project scope and business specifications
Demonstrate ability to make decisions and identify resources to drive the client’s business forward
Aid and assist Agency in new business development initiatives
Anticipate and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Manage potential Junior Account team members
7 - 10 years of successful track record in Client Service capacity, successfully managing client relationships and significantly expanding account presence
Demonstrated success integrating marketing communications programs with specific focus on direct response and interactive (web/email) channels to drive CRM communications
Extensive knowledge of web technology and database marketing to interface with internal and external teams and communicate requirements
Participation in the strategic planning process and ability to develop and present plans
Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
