Seeking an experienced marketing Account Supervisor for a major Biotech client. This is a one year contract role with client's internal agency!

Looking for candidates with around 8 years of agency advertising experience. Role is responsible for day-to-day partnership with our internal brand clients, executing their marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities /qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Key contact for brand teams – manage/maintain current and upcoming projects
• Meet and understand brand needs, expectations and long-term marketing needs
• Strategic partner to brand teams. Generate project briefs, ensuring all required details are captured and clearly articulated prior to creative kick-off
• Primary contact for all scope and estimate generation, including projecting scope for each job and actualizing upon completion
• Partner with project manager to handle seamless internal workflow and development of project schedules
• Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to brand teams for approval
• Communicate feedback to the creative team, clearly articulating next steps
• Draft contact reports and other necessary communications. Distribute as quickly as possible (24-hour turnaround) to all team members
• Manage PRC process in conjunction with Account Manager

• Strategic thinker with proven experience as strong partner to key stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Adept at crisis management; resourceful and solution oriented
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must


Experiences/Position Requirements Desired
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years professional ad agency account management experience, preferably including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, and email
• Additional experience in managing brands and pitching business to internal clients
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal and Compliance guidelines preferred
• Pharma industry experience preferred
• 1-3 years working in an internal corporate account environment
