Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor provides leadership and strategic oversight of the client

relationship. This person serves as the primary contact with the client and is responsible

for the integration of the creative and engagement/media teams. The ideal candidate

has a demonstrated history of leading client relationships, excellent interpersonal

communication skills, and unmatched organizational skills. The candidate will have a

solid background developing B2C and B2B strategic marketing initiatives/plans that are

rooted in customer understanding, and have driven measurable results. This position

will have supervisory responsibility and will report to the Senior Vice President.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Lead the agency team in the development of client strategic marketing initiatives

• Oversee, author, and/or constructively edit and review the writing of campaign

Project Briefs, Estimates, and Critical Path timelines that help organize project

management process

• Develop client PowerPoint presentations that communicate strategic purpose

and creative execution of campaigns

• Supervise account support team to ensure client expectation management

processes are being followed (Conference Reports, tactical action plan

management, etc.)

• Develop and maintain relationships with freelance creative team members, and

internal engagement team members

• Review vendor invoices and work with Business Manager to ensure accurate

payment of production and retainer invoicing

• Stay apprised of new and emerging opportunities and competitive

messaging/brand strategy for assigned clients
