Vitamin T is currently hiring for an Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor position requires the ability to manage, and begin to lead, the client's day-to-day relationship with key client contacts.

- Earn and keep each clients’ respect and confidence as a trusted advisor bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each clients’ business – their key issues, competitive situation and industry trends
- Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team
- Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency
- Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising the Account Services Director in time for the agency to act proactively
- Assist the Account Services Director with the development of an annual Client

Pre-Requisites:
- Excellent public speaking skills and experience
- Agency experience with Travel and Hospitality marketing
- Ability to foster strong, cohesive work environment with interdisciplinary teams
- Aptitude to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media. A basic knowledge of disciplines underlying these principles, i.e., psychology, economics, journalism
- Ability to mentor and lead junior account service team members

Qualifications
- 7 or more years in the industry or related experience
- Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
