2+ month immediate need for an Account Manager! In this role you will lead the management of all retail advertising projects to ensure delivery on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy. The team is responsible for shepherding and expediting the development of thousands of retail advertising projects each year through the internal advertising ‘agency’ and outside advertising agency partners. The Account Service Senior Manager position leads the relationship with our internal Business Partners to ensure that the business strategy is executed flawlessly in Advertising.
Manage and develop relationships with Business Partners. Build strong “trusted advisor” relationships with Business Partners and other partners across the organization to ensure that advertising programs meet launch and in-store deadlines Be able to negotiate compromises, have difficult conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative way Lead the collaborative development of retail advertising projects within the Account Service team, across Advertising functions, and with other internal and external resources to deliver work that is on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered – champion Innovation in the execution of advertising. Allocate resources appropriately to projects, understanding work in the pipeline and anticipating needs and requests.
