Vitamin T's client is an Automative Branding/Marketing Agency located in Marina Del Rey, CA.

They are seeking a temporary/freelance Account Operations Manager to begin as soon as August and work all the way through until the end of the year.

This pays $28/hr + DOE. When responding please include your desired rate.

The Account Operations Manager’s (AOM) primary focus is to effectively manage an existing relationship to ensure client satisfaction and profitable revenue contribution to the company. The critical strengths of the position are client service, leadership and organization.

The AOM reports to the Director of Production but reports indirectly to the Account lead for the program. The AOM is responsible for managing sold work, but works alongside CEM team members to plan for program growth.

Job responsibilities:

• Client point of contact for day-to-day operational status and client needs
• Central point of contact for operational partner-supplier needs
• Conducts weekly status meetings, both internally (with partner suppliers) and with client
• Supervise and direct operational team to deliver smooth-running systems and events and quality deliverables
o Coach Summits
o Coach WebEx Meetings
o Collaborative Design Meetings
o Program deliverables
• Working alongside Lead Field Mentor and with the help of operational staff, responsible for maintaining up-to-date document set related to:
o Coach-Store Allocations
o Coach Contracts
o Expense logs
o Store/Visit changes
• Maintains overall budget responsibility
o Assesses operational requirements and provides guidance as new budgets are developed
o Reviews program expenses regularly and tracks against budgeted costs
o Project and reconcile program budgets, reporting on variations in budget-to-actual comparisons
o Along with Account Director, is point of contact for clients on budget questions or issues
o Is point of contact for suppliers on budget/compensation questions or issues
• Creates and submits program invoices to client
• Develops relationships with internal team, coaches, and suppliers to maintain motivated, loyal resources devoted to the initiative

Qualified candidates must:
• Demonstrate account management competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others
• Have demonstrated ability to lead a variety of cross-functional projects, from concept to execution
• Have experience managing an array from programs from streamlined to multi-faceted
• Have strong budget management experience
• Be able to assess project scope needs and identify appropriate staff
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Take initiative and be proactive
• Have a professional and positive demeanor
• Be able to work without supervision
• Interact well with diverse personalities
• Be able to manage and support remote teams
• Have strong partnering, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Have strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Have strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
