At Aquent, we’re looking for an Account Manager/Agent that is a client service guru who can keep multiple plates spinning while making it look effortless. Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone to connect with clients on their needs and have the recruiting muscle to source, screen, and place our Digital and Interactive Talent. You don't actually have to spin plates BUT if you can really do it, a Lunch and Learn could be in your future!

About You
Yes, there ARE requirements for this position. Qualified candidates will have:

A winning personality and desire to connect with clients, assertive sales and closing ability, as well as demonstrated strength in all aspects of the sales process.
Previously worked in the staffing industry and with digital and interactive departments.
Experience with growing existing business as well as obtaining new business.
Working knowledge of the advertising, digital or interactive business, and familiarity with common interactive technology.
Experience with selling a service or solution.
Account Management or Recruiting experience providing candidates and outstanding service to a customer base primarily made up of Fortune 500 companies.
The A-game of a team player who can keep smiling even when faced with a problem.
A bachelors degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field; or experience commensurate with such an education.
Confirmed networking ability
