Account Manager/Project Manager Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Hybrid Account/Project Manager to join their agency. This is a long-term position with the possibility to go permanent. This is a mid to senior level account & social strategy position responsible for servicing one or more agency clients in their Atlanta office. 3-5 years of agency experience is required.

Job Description:

Serve as regular Client day-to-day liaison.
Coordinate the various departments of our agency and client team members on all aspects of multiple simultaneous projects.
Work with the resource manager to estimate future resource needs and plan for short-term unknowns.
Supervise creative, media, social media and technical development for interactive projects to include: Social executions, Online advertising campaigns, Flash demos, Websites, Mini-sites, publisher custom programs, Larger partnerships
Manage Client approval/signoffs at project milestones.
Manage, administer, and communicate detailed project schedules to manage both agency and client expectations and ensure jobs deliver on time.
Manage the internal process for delivering client projects on strategy, within scope and on budget.
Responsible for budget revenue recognition and forecasting.
Lead and develop sound strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of Client's business.
Ensure project information is up to date and contains all project relevant documentation, comps and contact information on intranet.
Participates in developing the strategic direction for designated clients, creative solutions to challenges.
Prepares weekly project status reports and hold weekly project status meetings with internal and external team members.
Foster strong relationships with client personnel.
Seek ongoing client opportunities for growth and increased revenue for the agency.
Proactively lead clients in areas to grow their business.
Support agency's new business activity as needed: information collection and analysis, presentation preparation and delivery, written proposal development.
Desired Skills/Experience:

Integrated Communication (Social, Marketing, PR).
Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing & communications.
Basic Photoshop Skills (CS4+).
Familiar with Analytics applications and data analysis for campaign performance tracking and to build the foundation for the future strategy.
