Account Manager/Jewelry Division

We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial minded person to join an exciting and fast-paced team. We are revolutionizing the Jewelry space for consumers by working to bring our customers the best possible buying experience. 

We are looking for an associate product/ program manager to work on a strategic initiative to improve the supplier and customer experience. This initiative is transforming the jewelry category, and has a significant impact in this business. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of this initiative in the US, and will work directly with our Jewelry Suppliers and core team. 

You will gain valuable experience in systems and within many different teams, as well as the Jewelry industry, prevailing standards, and applicable regulations. 

Our team is highly collaborative and fun, and consists of seasoned product managers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and smart person who can have full-ownership of key operational activities, while still being fun to work with. Key Responsibilities 
o Execute an initiative that will maximize customer experience, seller experience, and business benefit 
o Work cross-functionally with other teams, and external partners 
o Recommend end to end process improvements 


The successful candidate will demonstrate:

o Strong passion for improving customer seller experience. 
o Superior verbal and written communications skills. 
o High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

o An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. 
o A composed, poised and professional demeanor. 
o A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. 
o Analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.

Preferred Qualifications 
o 2+ years program, project or product management experience in a retail or e-commerce company 
o Experience in jewelry industry 
o Experience in a customer service role is a plus 
o Experience in rules enforcement is a plus 
o Experience in SQL is a plus

This team is looking for an entry level candidate that can help with the operational work tasks that need management for the entire group. The team has great team balance and is a positive environment where learning and collaboration are highly valued. This resource may own smaller projects, review trouble tickets, and processing of auditing program. 

Great candidates will have: 
-Corporate retail experience or Legal Assisting/Account Management experience 
-Comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
-Comfortable with excel or SQL (best candidates will have both) 
-Experience communicating with seller support 
-Experience with process warrants 
-Experience communicating with 3rd party vendors/labs 
-Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn 
-Experience reporting data analytics and integrating product knowledge (jewelry knowledge is a plus)
