Account Manager of New Business Development

Vitamin T has an immediate opening for an experienced Account Manager of New Business Development to work with a Digital Marketing Agency in the Traverse City area. This is a long term, contract-to-hire opportunity.

THE ROLE:
Looking for an Account Manager to interest prospects in the digital marketing services and explain how their company can benefit from such services while also addressing any concerns that may arise resulting in the generation of new business. Another aspect of this position is to research and target prospects by outreach and lead generation. Must have a deep understanding of the time, scope & cost of a client project and must be communicated efficiently to create a cohesive strategy and proper execution. Additionally, this position is responsible for aiding in client retention, expansion and referral business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Possess a strong knowledge of technology, advertising and online marketing
+ Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to speak to both the sales and marketing side of the business
+ Write custom proposals based on the business objectives of prospects
+ Participate in national account presentations, trade shows and new business pitches
+ Collaborate on marketing ideas, sales tools and new service development
