Account Manager (medical device)

We are looking for a strategic and creative Account Manager to join our team of Life-
changers as a member of the Corporate Marketing and Communication team.

The Account Manager will support our Procedural Solutions business segment,
serving as the liaison between our in-house Corporate Marketing agency and Product
Marketing teams. The Account Manager will collaborate with multiple partners to design,
implement and measure marketing campaigns and product promotions that support
strategic business objectives, product launches and sales efforts.

To be a successful Account Manager, you will:

• Partner with business units and in-house marketing/design teams to develop
collateral and campaigns that create awareness, drive top-line sales and
differentiate us among customers

• Develop marketing and sales messaging that aligns with current industry issues and
supports the brand and vision

• Recommend appropriate marketing communication strategies and methods to meet
client needs and deliver results on time and on budget

• Build relationships with business marketing leaders and guiding marketing
communications strategies to meet their objectives

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business units, including marketing
challenges and opportunities

To accomplish those goals, you should:

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of marketing communication process, principles
and best practices

• Initiate, develop and execute small- and large-scope marketing communication plans
with clear, measurable objectives.

• Establish, maintain and measure multi-channel marketing tools (product brochures,
case studies, presentations, digital marketing campaigns) to support product
launches, promotions and trade shows

• Initiate and manage project requests; partner with in-house Creative Services team
to develop drafts, pitch campaigns and facilitate reviews and revisions with clients

• Coordinate with multiple clients and teams, including business unit marketing and
product managers, creative services/designers, digital marketing, public relations,
trade shows/events, clinical staff and market research groups

In addition, our ideal candidate will have the following skills and traits:

• A self-directed, motivated team player who will do what it takes to deliver on time, on
budget.

• Deep knowledge of marketing communication best practices and demonstrated
experience managing programs that help meet business objectives

• Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage details and deadlines with
balance and follow-through

• Ability to nurture existing clients and grow new relationships

• A strong communicator, presenter and negotiator

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, English or related field

• 5 - 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably agency or B2B in-house
marketing experience. Health care and/or technology background is preferred

Advanced degree is a plus
