Account Manager (contract)

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide client service for high-level initiatives and interface with senior-level clients
- Act as the liaison between client requests and the marketing/interactive teams - includes scheduling, concepting, copy, design, approvals and production
- Project manage the creation and production of integrated marketing communications across a wide-range of channels in both print and interactive disciplines, ensuring deadline adherence
- Develop marketing strategies and manage the communication process in support of product and program launches for print materials, operating within an established budget environment
- Project manage large-scale interactive projects ranging from the development of new microsites to the coordination of
e-marketing newsletters/campaigns
- Operate within the branding guidelines and direct and work with others to stay on strategy and on budget in the timeframe requested
- Represent Marketing Communications on cross-functional communications committees
- Develop detailed reporting on all assigned communications initiatives
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
- Independent thinking and decision-making
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced deadline driven dynamic environment
- Understanding of and experience in project management, printing, mail, and interactive
- Solid communications skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Strong computer skills; Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Mac based systems knowledge preferred

Education/Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years experience in project management and communications
