Account Manager Support

A large technology company based in central London is looking for an Account Manager Support for a 3 month contract to work in their advertising team across display and network campaigns.

The purpose of this role is to work alongside an Account Manager to support the Sales team, managing key agency and client accounts, building relationships with customers to develop excellent customer satisfaction. They will provide support to the post sales teams in optimising campaigns and making sure everything is in place.

Key responsibilities include: monthly billing and running a number of reports, they need to be able to conduct accurate reports quickly. Work with AMs to ensure excellent client service, conduct campaign analysis, proactively optimise campaigns where appropriate, collaborate w
with Account Execs on proposals, preparation for client/agency meetings

You will have strong proven account management/client service experience with some element of online experience, agency experience is desirable. You have in depth knowledge of online advertising as well as excellent campaign analysis.

Key skills required:

- Analytical – reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written business English
- Strong Customer Service Comm
- Organisational skills essential
