Our medical device client is seeking an Account Manager to join the account management team.

The Account Manager role provides the Respiratory team with tools and resources that bring measurable value to our customers and differentiate us from our competitors. This position develops and maintains effective marketing communications strategies to support strategic business initiatives and sales efforts with a constant focus on customer needs.

What is expected of you for success in your role?
• Demonstrates knowledge of marketing communications process, principles and best practices
• Leads and implements small to large scope marketing communication projects
• Makes recommendations of appropriate marketing communications strategies and methodologies based on business needs within budget requirements to achieve desired results
• Counsel and collaborates with marketing leaders on marketing communications strategies to meet business objectives
• Makes recommendations and executes appropriate messaging strategies
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage different project demands
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management

What are the accountabilities in this role?
Marketing, communications, facilitation of communications materials, and writing of marketing and sales collateral (brochures, case studies, newsletters, presentations, reports, brochures, catalogs, training materials, interactive tools, website, etc.), trade shows, special product promotions, and development of new marketing program opportunities for Respiratory team.
• Partner with Marketing to develop marketing collateral to support the Respiratory division in an effort to create awareness, drive top line sales and retain existing customer base
• Initiate, develop and execute marketing communication plans with input from strategic business units
• Initiate project requests, partner with Creative Services to work with designers to develop drafts, present drafts and revisions to client
• Coordinate with multiple teams, including Creative Services, Production, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Trade Shows, Events, Internal Communications and Market Research groups
• Develop messaging for Respiratory team that aligns with current industry issues and messages
• Follow and be an advocate for corporate branding initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (major in marketing, communications, web design, fine arts, graphic design, journalism, English or related field)
• 3 - 7 years work experience in related field; agency or B2B
