Account Manager (Media / Digital Advertising) 11 months

Aquent are looking for an Account Manager to join a leading tech organization for 11 months based in central London.

The Account Manager will work closely with clients to drive ROI and ensure customer retention for a new marketing analytics tool. You will be responsible for engagement and relationship building with customers via regular meetings and onsite visits, best practice adoption, strategic product discussions, driving customer requirements internally, assisting with client-wide outreach campaigns, facilitating client training sessions, updating our client tracking systems and working across the company to better support our overall customer base.

Preferred qualifications:
- Strong Account Management skills with experience managing overall customer relationships, from both technical and business perspectives; act as trusted adviser to the customer.
- Experience in media/advertising at traditional or online media company or agency.
- Experience in web analytics, marketing optimization, and/or measurement analysis.
- Ideally experience within the ad space, including attribution, last click methodologies, ad analytics, and optimization as well as a basic understanding of terminology, including but not limited to Ad Server (i.e. DFA, MediaMind, Atlas, etc.), DMP (i.e. Blue Kai, Exelate, Datalogix, etc.) and DSP (i.e. MediaMath, Turn, etc.).
- Ideally a solid understanding of the display eco-system and the role that attribution and analytic tools play in the development of that market.
