Seeking a long-term contract Account Manager. The Account Manager supports the Corporate Account Management team and their business partners by executing HR project intake and basic account management tasks related to corporate project work and communications deliverables for HR, IT, and operations business teams. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, assertive, self-directed, and possess excellent organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Brief Development and Coordination
o Assemble project details and develop basic project requirements and parameters to get the project ready for execution by the project management and creative teams.
o Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project.
o Assists in coordinating, directing and monitoring creative work performed internal creative team, ensuring it is client-ready and meets project requirements.
o Works with account manager to ensure client and project issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing manager of any problems that may arise.
o Helps account manager facilitate and obtain required approvals within client teams and Communications team.
• Recruiting Marketing Program Coordination
o Assist with planning needs related to taskforce projects for manufacturing recruiting, like development of email lists, logistics and planning for events, and other needs to support this new program.
o Assist with managing and tracking deliverables related to recruiting advertising, including working with individual recruiters on marketing needs, compiling project requirements and overseeing fulfillment of creative work for advertising and marketing commitments.
