Account Manager I

We're looking for Account Managers to become a key contributor to the company's media team and support the Ad Service teams to deliver the best experience for the company's advertising clients and their customers. We're looking for highly motivated contractors to fill the role of Account Manager. In this role you will help scale our growing Display Advertising program by working internally with Ad Operations, Account Management, Campaign Management, Sales and other company business partners to support the growing advertising business.

You will be responsible for helping to scale the business by supporting other Account Managers, Ad Operation Specialists or Campaign Managers deliver a positive customer experience for the customer.
As a contracted Account Manager you will develop deep understanding of the company products, policies and processes, and be capable of both efficient and accurate campaign execution or analysis support as well as identifying opportunities to improve the workflow and implement best practices across verticals.

Basic Qualifications:
· 1 year professional experience
· Bachelor's degree required · Proficient with Microsoft Excel and common 3rd party ad servers such as XSM.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
· Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high standards
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
· Strong project management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PPT, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred
· Digital advertising experience strongly recommended
