Aquent is currently seeking a Mid Level Creative Services Account Manager with previous Advertising Agency experience. This role is for an in-house Creative Services Agency with one of our large global clients in the Seattle market.

Job Type: Contract
Hrs: 40 /week
Location: Tukwila, WA
Start Date: 1 week from offer
Contract Duration: 3-6 mos with the opportunity to be extended

Summary:

The Account Manager manages projects from inception through completion – manages budgets as well as utilization targets, scope, deliverables and results. S/he collaborates with stakeholders and the account team to define project scope, strategy and deliverables that support client business goals. His/her responsibilities include: clearly communicate project expectations to both the client and team; delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members; proactively manage changes in project scope; identify potential crises and develop contingency plans; drive innovation for clients based on emerging industry trends and best practices. Is the primary liaison between clients and creative services staff, ensuring work is completed to the clients’ expectations, on time and on budget. Is a professional, concise verbal and written communicator who turns ideas into actionable plans and coordinates the movement of concepts, brand positioning and creative projects and all associated documentation and reporting with the creative teams. S/he to fully understand the clients’ business and build trusted relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service and identify new opportunities to help grow their business.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
• Must have 3- 5 yrs agency experience, marketing or business degree
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, desktop publishing and presentation tools
• Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional teams and relationships
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for growth
• Reliable, positive professional with a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Must be self-directed and confident in abilities
• Knows how to apply multitasking skills under tight deadlines and how to decipher and organize priorities
• High level of initiative and follow-through
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with a team-player outlook
