Account Manager (Agency experience)

The client is an award-winning creative agency looking for an Account Manager to join their team for a contract-to-hire, 40 hrs/wk role onsite in San Francisco, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Multifaceted projects (i.e. print literature (higher education) advancement campaigns, digital and print ads, out-of-home ads, large recruiting campaign for local and big construction company, radio and print) 
- Running client meetings and scheduling and facilitating creative team meetings
- Delivering weekly status reports to clients
- Writing and preparing proposals
- Handling day-to-day account management
- Coordinating and handling research to initiate brand strategy and writing
- Collaborating on the content and presentation of deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality, and timeliness
- Communicating action steps to creative teams
- Ability to convince clients our ideas are the only ideas​

​MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

- 3-5 years of creative agency experience 
- Prior experience as an Account Manager and/or Account Director
- Brand strategy, design, and marketing campaigns
- Client-facing interactions (i.e. running client meetings, brand strategy interviews)
- Working on multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously 

​NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Higher education, advancement industry/company or a passion to work in that space
