We are hiring a sr. Account Manager to work with a great small agency to manage all the projects in their fantastic studio. You will also be the primary point of contact with our clients – through the entire process from the initial brief and proposal through to the completion of the project. Our work in strategic and marketing communications includes everything from logo and identity system design, website design, digital campaigns, print collateral, and more. We have 4 highly experienced designers on staff and supplement our team with outside copywriters, photographers, printers, etc. If you’re looking for a role where you can join a small, but creative environment, this is your place!

ABOUT THE JOB:
This is a full time, temp to perm role

Job responsibilities include:
• Client services – continually stay in touch with the client, replying to emails, attending conference calls, sending out proofs, ensuring their needs are met and they are happy
• Quality control – proof designs before sending along to clients to ensure all requested changes have been implemented
• Print management – work directly with the printer to get quotes, issue POs, circulate and/or approve proofs, make sure printed materials are delivered on time
• Traffic control – ensure studio is informed about projects and deadlines, update online project management program with tasks and deadlines, attend weekly traffic calls
• Billing – track expenses, issue purchase orders, work with bookkeeper to issue invoices, send invoices to client and/or accounts payable
• Strategic input – attend brainstorming sessions with the creative director and copywriter, make sure objectives of creative brief are met, provide input as the project progresses.
• Estimates and proposals – provide estimates for projects, write proposals for larger campaign, communicate with client if project estimates need to be revised What’s required Since we are a small and fast-paced studio, you need to be flexible and able to juggle multiple projects, with continually changing priorities. You must be self driven and confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You also need to be extremely organized and detail oriented. A positive attitude and good sense of humor is required… and we have an office dog and an office cat, so no pet allergies. Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Agency and marketing communications experience is a plus.
