Aquent has an immediate open for an Account Manager for a Global Fortune 500 company. This is a 12 month opportunity that could mostly likely get extended. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs for creative marketing projects, assigns appropriate resources and tracks projects to completion. Develop procedures that impact workflow and project communication to ensure launch dates are on target. Responsible for all interaction between internal clients and creative teams to control project scope, timely delivery and accuracy. Must be comfortable adopting established protocols as well as troubleshooting process gaps. Proven experience in managing large accounts at an advertising agency or marketing communications environment is necessary. Business dress code.

1. Requires 3-5 years experience leading staff in a creative services environment and be adept at resolving conflicts as they arise. Familiarity with creative development processes from strategy through print production is essential.

2. Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills for facilitating meetings with clients and creative teams and to present to executive management.

3. Must be assertive, results-oriented, solution-focused and possess good business judgment to effectively lead project development.

4. Leadership and team-building qualities are essential for motivating a team of creative professionals to consistently deliver solution-oriented creative work.
