Account Manager

An exciting startup in the messaging space needs an Account Manager for a temp to perm role, onsite in SF. The daily tasks for this role will include campaign planning and updates, research, case writing, client management, and some operations support. This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with a skilled team, which includes client services, engineering, marketing, business development, and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily campaign management and optimization

• Monitor client campaign performance and serve as the point person for analysis on all KPIs

• Develop and cultivate client relationships with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive client experience

• Produce monthly and one-off client reports

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Collaborate with the internal teams and clients to identify opportunities and needs

MUST-HAVES:

• 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency or mobile technology company, preferably in a client facing role

• Passion for brand building, mobile technology, iOS and Android apps

• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities across client needs

• Ability to tell clear, coherent stories from data and to produce tangible action items from findings

• Ability to build compelling client presentations and sales decks, both in PPT and online

• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
