We require an experienced Account Manager to be responsible for taking ownership for, and managing, multiple projects across the agencies clients, as
well as supporting senior members of the Client Services team.

For this reason, the successful candidate should have proven experience at Account Manager and understand the importance of good service and the value they can offer the client.
The Account Manager report directly, and receive support from, an Account Director as well as, when needed, the Managing Director and Client Services Director, however they should be comfortable working in an autonomous environment, making things happen for our clients independently as well as part of a team.
Day-to-day, the Account Manager will be managing a variety of projects through their lifecycle as well as supporting the rest of the Client Services team in delivering often-complex brand and business challenges to launching strategically and creatively driven work internally and externally.
You will have the tenacity from day one to deliver projects for our clients across multiple platforms as as well as a hunger to take on more strategic and commercial focussed projects as you progress at the agency.
The successful candidate will have a strong account handling track record; ideally having had exposure and experience of working on B2B branding and digital projects.
The candidate must have a genuine passion for strategy, branding and digital and be aware of how companies are creating market-leading brands and digital experiences.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Ability to deliver often complex projects
- Developing project scopes for owned projects
- Writing detailed work specifications for both printed and digital projects
- Briefing and managing creative and development teams
- Attending client meetings
- Seeking opportunities and generating ideas for clients
- Awareness of financial management of projects
You will have a track record as an Account Manager, working across branding led digital projects, and will be able to demonstrate the delivery of commercial value for clients.
You will be experienced in delivering digital solutions and will be able to talk knowledgeably about the approach without relying on others.
This is a hands-on role, and you will be need to take the initiative and be
responsible for managing your projects and clients independently, drawing on the strategic support of the agencies senior team as part of a structured account process.
You will be a self-starter with a positive, ʻcan doʼ attitude. You will be level headed, dependable and calm under pressure. You will be capable of winning the respect and trust of client side marketing and technical teams as well as agency side, creative, designers and developers.
