Our client is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical / Agency Account Manager for a full‐time contract position in their in‐house ad agency. The Account Manager will work closely with internal brand clients to plan projects and provide direction to cross‐functional teams.  Required are 8‐10 years or more of agency experience working with clients on projects and a clear understanding of agency structure, work flow, and proficiency in budget/time
management. Also required are polished presentation skills, the ability to manage high level client relationships and the ability to analyze market, client and brand opportunities.  
The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background working with Pharmaceutical or medical clients as well as solid project management, design, organizational and people skills. We are looking for
someone who loves working in groups, but can also work independently.   
KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Work with agency Clients, Art Directors and Creative Directors to produce high quality projects
on time and in budget.
 Ability to document project needs and requirements
 Develop and maintain project schedules and resource requirements
 Document meeting notes on client meetings for all phases
 Determine and acquire all assets and required content with agency design team
 Manage launch of project
 Assign tasks to staff members and ensure timely completion
 Coordinate production of art with internal agency and external resources
 Plan project staffing, budget and resource requirements  
 Follow‐up and attain approvals
 Deter scope creep and schedule violations
 Coordinate agency project testing and QA
 Close job and manage post project documentation and archiving
