Our top healthcare client is looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop communications that support our client's group insurance solutions, products and services. This position will work closely with various specialty marketing groups within the organization (e.g., other Marketing Communications teams, Creative Services, Brand Management, Customer Communications, Research, Public Relations, Business Communications, Digital/Social Media) and external partners (e.g., marketing and advertising agencies, printers) to ensure timely and flawless delivery of the communications. A continuous improvement and metric-driven mindset is vitally important.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development and execution of group insurance communications.
• Work in close partnership with Creative partners to deliver on business need. Including the development of Project Proposals, Creative Briefs and kick-offs and support production schedules and budget estimates.
• Continually generate ideas and opportunities to innovate, which can include process, media, tactics, and other ideas intended to improve effectiveness of communications.
• Manage translation process.
• Secure final sign-offs from subject matter experts, project owners and compliance/legal team.
• Measure effectiveness of current communication messaging and tactics and drive change as needed to properly support the client and customer.
• Partner with Brand to ensure consistency of voice across all touchpoints
