Account Manager

As an Account Manager you will continually seek opportunities to drive trade and improve our service and operations for customers and external partners. You will manage internal stakeholders to deliver best in class service and support to external business partners. You will support the Partnership Director by actively managing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders at existing partners

In your role you will:
- Explore opportunities to drive trade by identifying new partnership opportunities
- Be the first point of contact for these partners
- Work with the business teams, to ensure that that we deliver best in class service and support to our external partners
- Analyse the commercial impact of these partnerships
- Analyse commercial performance including sales trends and operational performance, flagging any issues and identifying additional sales opportunities
- Support processes including trade planning, promotions management, and operations
- Contribute compelling ideas and solutions to drive trade through existing and future partners

Candidate Specification

As an Account Manager, you will need knowledge of the following:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills both upward and downward
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Good time management and co-ordination skills
- Proactively identifies and solves problems
- Strong teamwork
- Managing change with cross functional support
- Customer insight and analysis
- Experience of working cross functionally
- Strong commercial experience and demonstration of strong numerical skills
- Experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders at external parties
- Experience of balancing priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines
