Account Manager

• To act as a day to day working point with all key accounts
• Deliver world-class client service through the provision of solutions and delivery

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with a portfolio of clients, helping to paint a picture of them internally and externally as an employer.
• Engage with the client to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs , resourcing requirements and human resources communications issues, both current and future.
• Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative approach.
• Represent the client internally to divisions (ie. creative, digital, production) getting the best out of the agency on the clients behalf.
• Proactively maximise revenue through identification of need for additional services.
• Take client briefs, questioning thoroughly to ensure that all relevant information is gathered.
• Effective delivery of briefs to in-house creative teams.
• Involvement in new business tender preparation and pitch participation.
• Resolve (or escalate) all client queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Manage the expectations of the client at all stages of the process.
• Liaise with other team members to ensure effective communication and distribution of work and support.

Administration - 20%
• Manage own workflow.
• Create an accurate audit trail of communications and actions on every job.
• Proof read and quality check all creative collateral
• Maintain and update client files on a regular basis (Traffic Live)
• Produce and analyze management information as required.
