Account Manager

My client is an international and prestigious auction house and is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in International Media Devision.
The chosen candidate will act as the main client liaison between International Media Division for specialist departments, for all types of publications from traditionally printed to versions on their website and for mobile devices. Working closely with print teams, photographers, digital bureau and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
Act as the main contact for nominated departments overseeing their entire production cycle.
Update and maintain international database for all jobs and projects, define criteria and produce production schedules for group.
Schedule and run preproduction meetings with departments
Deal with general enquiries and respond accordingly
Ensure departments procedures are followed and that administration is fully maintained.
Support the Head of Pre Press, Head of Catalogue Production and Print Procurement team in catalogue evaluation and review when required.
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Dept or International Director of International Media Division


Skills/Competencies Required:
Have a Bachelor’s degree. Further education is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of all phases of catalogue production and digital media.
Proven quality customer service skills.
Numerical, analytical and detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution, organizational skills and time management ability.
Excellent problem solving skills
Computer proficiency in Apple Mac, PC (MS Office) software and hardware.
Must be capable of working unsupervised.
Team player
Highly motivated
Outgoing
Flexible and personable
