Account Manager

Aquent is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team internal creative team. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to be a liaison between our Creative partners (both internal and external) and the Strategy Team. Account Managers ensure that our internal partners needs and goals are being met on every project they manage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Manages projects independently
- Proactively solves problems/issues
- Applies insights to partners' insights
- Strong understanding of creative development in all media types - print, online, collateral, video assets, TV, radio, etc
- Demonstrates understanding of creative development and production process
- Ability to interpret direction provided by partners into strong creative input

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Internally driven and self-motivated performer
- Demonstrated strong partnering and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced workplace
- Collaborates with immediate leader on development, briefs and views/recommendations

BUSINESS ACUMEN:
- Motivated with a high level of initiative
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Strong attention to detail

LEADERSHIP:
- Acts as a resource for the Team
- Go to day-to-day person for partners

Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree
•MUST have at least 4 years experience in an Ad agency or equivalent

Desired Qualifications
- Exhibits good creative judgement
- Experience developing programs for both b2b and b2c channels
- Experience in marketing within a sales environment
