JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
With supervision from the Advertising/Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Manager, this position is responsible for the planning and development of system and entity advertising/CRM initiatives. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) planning and implementation of system and entity CRM initiatives and management of CRM vendors; 2) coordination of production of system and entity print, broadcast, collateral and electronic advertising; 3) preparation of reports that measure and quantify the effectiveness of system advertising and CRM campaigns 4) updating and maintaining the CRM database; 5) coordination of system award show entries.

Coordinates print production, including working with Creative Services and/or outside marketing agencies to create and/or update print ads and collateral, the advertising agency to plan and place media, and the Public Relations team to produce advertorial copy (if included). Supports development of entity broadcast campaigns, including development of strategic and creative direction, copy, budgets, and production timelines. Supports entity marketing and communications teams' advertising and CRM programs by providing strategic and creative direction,
and copy input. Partners with the web team to identify opportunities in new media, and coordinates new media initiatives. Plans and implements system and entity and CRM initiatives and manages CRM vendors. Works with CRM consultant, mail list broker, database provider, print/mail house to plan and execute CRM programs. Develops budgets and creative production timelines. Works with outside marketing agencies to plan and place advertising media. Prepares reports that measure and quantify effectiveness of system advertising and CRM campaigns. Works with database vendor to pull and prepare relevant response and downstream revenue reports to help measure campaign
effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Knowledge and working history of implementing advertising/CRM campaigns.
-Ability to deal well with competing priorities in rapidly changing business and corporate environments.
-Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of employees and strong adherence to company Behavior Standards.
-Excellent customer-service skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
-Knowledge and working history of planning and implementing advertising/CRM campaigns.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn new software products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor's degree with a focus in advertising or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years in marketing communications within an advertising agency and/or large regional organizations encompassing multiple communications disciplines, including advertising/CRM.
