We're looking for a savvy Account Manager to join our client's team for a full time contract to hire position. Join one of the fastest growing agencies in the country, as they take their projects and design to the next level!

You will deliver fresh ideas with flawless execution and insane customer service to all of their clients, while managing multiple projects by developing and implementing project plans, production elements, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. You will also promote their strong culture by supervising and mentoring Assistant Account Managers as assigned to you. This is a critical, client-facing position that is highly visible and demanding and as such, requires candidates that are energetic, able to multi-task and, above all, possess a commitment to excellence.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage traditional, out of home, guerrilla, influencer, and launch events as well as sourcing, production, installation oversight, and logistics coordination. These events center around and enhance the customer’s brand experience. Responsibilities of this position include:


  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with multiple clients and accounts, and foster positive learning opportunities for Assistant Project Managers
  • Develop and implement project work plans
  • Prepare and manage the project budget including purchase orders, invoices, and final billing
  • Manage vendor selection and relationships, and participate in competitive bidding
  • Manage and administer project resources
  • Develop, coordinate, and adjust project schedules
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor the day to day aspects of project and event operations to mitigate risk
  • Monitor and maintain the quality assurance process
  • Make improvements, solve problems, taking corrective action when problems arise
  • Prepare and give presentations or briefings on all aspects of the project
  • Remote and/or onsite installation coordination and oversight
  • Manage the project close out process
  • Respond to all other supervisor or client requests
  • Administrative tasks

  • Qualifications

  • A knowledge of 2-D and 3-D displays and production
  • An ability to read or conduct site surveys
  • A general knowledge of materials and production equipment
  • Detailed knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques common to the retail and furniture industries
  • Strong familiarity with freight shipping practices
  • Strong familiarity of trade shows, events, and staging as they relate to display production
  • Quality of work: produces work that is complete and accurate with a close attention to detail
  • Responsibility and dependability: willingness to take on assignments and be accountable for results
  • Attendance and punctuality: dependable, prompt, and reliable
  • Interpersonal skills: communicates effectively and works well with others
  • Productivity: works independently in an unstructured environment and responds well to changes in priorities
  • Initiative: offers effective solutions and learns new methods to accomplish tasks
  • Professionalism: remains positive, takes pride in work, and can appropriately handle confidential information
  • Adaptability: responds well to new situations and is open to process improvement

  • Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3 -5 years of professional project or program management experience
  • Familiar with Mac computers
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically with Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
