Boutique packaging agency in Sausalito is seeking an ambitious Mid-level Account Manager to work on local accounts. The perfect candidate will have an eagerness to grow, as this is a small team who wears a lot of hats! This role is going to cover a 3 month maternity leave, but has potential to convert to Full-Time in March 2014.


• Lead (multiple!) creative pieces through design, production, and approval processes
• Serve as day-to-day contact with the client, representing the agency Point Of View
• Work directly with the creative team to develop and sell inspiring creative packaging initiatives
• Manage/monitor project and account budgets. Complete billing and provide accurate estimates to client.


Terms: Full time (Initial 3 month contract, with Temp-Perm potential in March 2014)
Location: Sausalito through end of 2013, and then the office will be moving to downtown SF January 2014
Start date: November 18th, 2013
Pay: $30-$35/hour DOE


• 2+ years account management experience in an agency/studio setting (Experience with print/packaging/CPG a PLUS)
• Desire to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles a MUST
• Be resourceful, proactive, and flexible to evolving responsibilities and business landscape
• Able to participate in content strategy and/or storytelling a plus.
• Proven ability to represent agency POV and excellent client relationships.
