Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for working within a sprint team to optimize the dotcom checkout experience. This involves being highly engaged with stories within the team roadmap, identifying and driving out customer facing work to meet Commerce goals and to support enterprise initiatives. Other responsibilities will include participation in planning of upcoming work, collecting and analyzing data from various sources , researching and working toward resolution of site and development issues.

- This position requires an analytical, self-motivated, organized and flexible individual with strong communication and teamwork skills. The person in this position should have experience working in a customer facing web environment and a proven track record of driving out requirements and solutions for products/systems which have made it to production. They should be detail oriented, self-directed, and confident in identifying and carrying out action items and next steps.

This position is full-time, on-site for 8+ mos.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field required.
- 5-7 years experience in corporate and/or agency marketing, or client services.

Skills and Competencies:
- Agile knowledge base
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management, program execution and implementation skills.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, including direct marketing, customer segmentation and customer relationship management.

Software/Technology
- Agile
- JIRA/Greenhopper (or a similar system)
- Ominiture (a huge plus)
