Located in Melbourne's CBD, a newly created Account Manager role is now available for an advertising or brand suit that holds recent experience managing national consumer brands.

Reporting into the Client Service Director and liaising closely with the General Manager, the successful Account Manager will be the point of contact for a major financial services client, manage all day-to-day requirements and strive to continually strengthen the relationship.

Professionally, this particular agency will nurture and develop your creative ideas with regular training and group meetings, whilst providing ongoing industry training to keep you up to date with emerging trends across brand & design in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a brand portfolio across financial services & retail sectors
Develop TTL campaigns across print, web and TV and digital
Develop strategic directions and solutions for client briefs
Provide strategic input across all media channels/outlets
Manage creative concepts and presentations for all briefs
Liaise closely with internal studio team
Develop all data reports and present these to the client
Update project plans and workbooks when requires
Manage stakeholder expectations
Show organisational consistency across all written briefs/proposals
Update the account service team forecasts
National travel when required

The ideal Account Manager will be tertiary qualified across advertising, print or brand disciplines and hold at least 3+ years industry experience, preferably within a brand and design agency. Excellent references are essential to provide during the recruitment process.
