Account Manager

Our client, an entertainment agency, has an immediate need for an Account Manager to cover a leave. This will be a 3-6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent project/traffic management skills and will have been in a client facing agency Account Management role. This is a great opportunity for someone to work on top studio projects!

Responsibilities:
*Possess a thorough understanding of clients, production workflows and product offerings including cross-selling opportunities
*Develop estimates and budgets.
*Develop and maintain pricing programs.
*Confirm deadlines with clients and drive schedule w/team members.
*Work directly with clients and finance to ensure proper and efficient billing.
*Maintain a current knowledge of industry and the industries in which you are managing the business.
*Support our sales exec staff with client strategy and execution.
*Provide constant, clear direction to team members at all times in order to successfully manage the projects associated with the clients assigned to.
*Ensure production departments have a thorough understanding of client expectations (budgets, schedules, internal timelines) in order for the company to manufacture quality products that result in expected profitability levels.
*Works alongside management and account execs as part of the strategic team to constantly grow and improve our relationships with our clients.
*Be dynamic and a positive influence on those you interact with, both within the company and outside the company.

REQUIRED:
*Can-do attitude
*Exceptional coordination and multi-tasking
*Superlative customer service skills
*Diverse understanding of offset litho/silkscreen printing, large format digital printing, retail display and new technologies.
*Attention to detail and problem solving.
*Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel with basic knowledge of the the Adobe Creative Suite
