Our Client is searching for a superstar sales operations specialist to help us support our Corporate Gift Card sales representatives and clients. This role is not for the faint at heart and only those with a successful track record should apply. If successful at meeting our high hiring bar, you’ll be part of our client’s Corporate Gift Card team. This team is our client’s coolest and most profitable businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the verification of daily order processing, payment reconciliation, and fulfillment of gift cards orders for the Corporate Gift Card program.
Daily monitoring and reconciliation of payment and audit reports associated corporate gift card orders.
Quality Assurance:
• Managing the current tools, systems, redundancy planning, processes, and reporting to monitor and mitigate operational and financial risks associated with meeting our speed, productivity and quality performance SLA’s.
• Leverage internal tools including Salesforce.com, CSC, and DSS to develop and maintain sales and sales operations workflow automation, reports and dashboards that allow sales and operations to optimize their time, monitor their business and maximize their productivity.
• Audit all phases of the contract administration process which include the Legal, Finance and Sales departments in the creation, workflow, validation, counter-signing, onboarding and archiving of contracts.
• Responsible for audit reports, verification metrics and analysis of such data.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior sales, operations, or technical support experience.
• Proven history of innovating, simplifying and driving efficiencies in manual processes with strong bias toward data driven decision making and management.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com CRM system and Microsoft Excel. General knowledge of all other Microsoft Office Products.
• High attention to detail with ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and a track record of driving process improvement.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong personal rapport with internal and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior success working in a sales operations environment (including reporting, lead tracking, list management etc.)
• Prior audit or compliance experience
