CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Partner with the Account Strategist to develop and present client business goals, situation analysis, challenges, solutions, and measurement criteria
Actively seek and identify new business opportunities within assigned clients; upsell and cross sell agency services
Provide the internal team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy enabling them to develop creative concepts
Collaboratively write scopes of work; lead capabilities presentations and proposals
Partner with the creative lead to effectively present and defend all creative work/proposals to clients.
Review estimates and schedules provided by project managers; oversee scope to negotiate change orders when needed
Participate in sales meetings and track forecasting on weekly basis in CRM; prepare monthly client overviews
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 6+ years of account management experience in an agency setting
Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns, including branding, print, interactive and retail components
Extensive client-facing exposure and account direction; comfortable providing strategic solutions
Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
Strong financial negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in outdoor lifestyle brands: footwear, apparel, equipment
