Our large corporate client is looking for an Account Manager for a 4-6 month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between Creative Services’ internal clients and the creative teams for local, global or international projects with significant impact on the Company in terms of complexity, exposure and resources required (may have a global or regional focus). Manages project development by assessing the business need for each project, assessing the value of the project to the Company, assigning appropriate resources and tracking projects to completion with full fiscal accountability. Uses professional expertise and a high level of judgment to select and manage complex project strategies and resources. Ensures alignment of projects with overall company strategies and manages critical relationships to ensure the creative team delivers work that fulfills the objectives. Assesses procedures that impact workflow, project communications and overall client service and develops process-oriented solutions.

1. Works one-on-one with clients on complex and senior-level projects to identify project strategies prior to creative execution. Uses independent judgment to determine if a business need exists for the proposed project, assesses the impact of the project on the business in order to prioritize projects, assigns resources and manages all facets of the project through to completion within the established budget. Clarifies project direction and provides background information to the Creative Directors in the form of the project brief. Obtains client approvals on concept and key stages of development, i.e. design, layouts and client-directed changes.

2. Supervises project status throughout project development; manages changes in direction by communicating to all parties.

3. Meets with client following project delivery to assess client satisfaction. Obtains feedback regarding opportunities for improvement specific to the project and performance of the team involved.

4. Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with global and regional clients, senior management and creative team to enhance communication between all parties and ensure successful project development.

5. Uses diplomacy and judgment to determine best course of action when managing complex or sensitive client issues; determines when to escalate issues to department management or leadership. Observes performance of team members directly through participation in client briefings and project presentations; assesses and provides feedback to management regarding team performance.

6. Defines quality objectives and determine performance objectives for achieving customer satisfaction. Evaluates processes and works with Creative Services leadership to improve workflow and decrease time required for project completion. members to provide independent sales force perspective for project development. Provides sales force feedback to clients, senior management and creative teams to ensure projects meet sales force needs.
