Our client is an exciting digital design agency who are specialists at upscaling well known brands and are going through an exciting period of growth where they are planning on doubling in size in the next year. They’re looking for an entrepreneurial account manager to join their small and welcoming team. You’ll be based in modern offices in the heart of Reading town centre with as much or as little of a social life as you desire from the sociable offices they’re based closely to.
They are about to become a Hubspot partner so need someone with marketing automation expertise to be able to capitalise on bringing the software into the business; not only within their client’s businesses but also being able to embed it into their own website and rework the site to maximise ROI for their own brand as well as their clients. It would be a huge bonus if you had knowledge of SEO too.
It’s important that you understand what really makes a good marketing campaign and the content and other components that go into it whilst being able to create workflows and other mapping processes for clients by utilising systematic methodologies.
This role will ideally be client facing but if that isn’t of interest then it isn’t a deal breaker. If you would like to go to meetings with the business owner who manages all business tenders and pitches at the moment then there is the opportunity to do so, but likewise there is also an opportunity to develop into a non client facing role; there’s no set plan as to where the company grows and develops but they just want to get the right people on board to be able to facilitate it!
