An Account Manager is the key client service contact responsible for the management of client relationships and projects. Account Managers are clear and considered communicators who see the big picture and ensure the clients’ goals are achieved on time and on budget. They work closely with all internal teams and inspire collaboration and commitment to the common goal. They must be highly organized planners, excellent presenters, negotiators and team players.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop business opportunities with new and existing accounts.
Successfully drive projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, with emphasis on financial control and evaluation.
Establish and communicate budgets and schedules for each project.
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of brand’s business, brand language and culture.
Develop and sustain excellent relationships with all client contacts.
Provide clear and timely solution oriented communication to external accounts and internal team.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all team members and demonstrate leadership.
Job Requirements Education in Business Management, Architecture, Marketing, or Manufacturing preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, with background in project management for the retail fixture industry
Software Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
Adobe Acrobat Professional
Adobe CS, CAD, or 3-D rendering experience a plus
Experience with ERP Software
Frequent Travel may be required
