Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their creative agency.

As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of one team dedicated to a single client. Your role will be to support one side of the overall account on a day-to-day basis and ensure creative delivery with excellence while managing the client impeccably. The role will include but not be limited to handling campaign development and execution across on-trade and off-trade, and experiential activation development. The core day-to-day will focus very close to the point of sale, pushing innovative and beautiful design solutions to convert sales in store.

Specific deliverables are project dependant, but likely to include:

• BTL campaign strategy development
• Retail POS campaigns
• Promotion development
• Global ‘playbook’ development for local market deployment
• Experiential activity development


• Maximum 5 yrs. Integrated background with exposure across: Retail / Experiential / Strategy & insight
• Experience with alcohol brands would be desirable but not essential
• Be willing to get your hands dirty and do hands-on project management
• Able to produce and manage cost estimates and timing plans
• Cope with a high paced work environment with a demanding client
• Able to manage several projects, working with multiple creative teams and team members at once

Other Required Skills:

• A can do attitude
• Be a team player
• Experience working with a large client organisation
• Experience working on projects with Global reach
• Analytical problem solver, adept at delivering solutions to client challenges at pace
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to juggle a number of tasks at once, whilst delivering on time
• Flexibility, with the ability to work with and without junior team members
• An especially organised account person, able to guide the client and ensure there is no discrepancy between client and agency expectations
• From a behavioural perspective, the role requires a calm and measured outlook, ruthless efficiency, and a willingness to work with others to achieve shared goals
