Account Manager – Activation & Events!

My client is looking for a fantastic new hire in Sydney! This role will see you being part of a high performing team of sponsorship managers, strategists, activation, digital, PR and government relation's specialists. This role sits within my clients’ Activation & Events team. Reporting to an Account Director in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious and passionate about delivering exceptionally executed activations and events. You must be a self-starter and clued up on industry trends and have the drive to deliver big ideas!

What’s required:

• 3 years experience in experiential, event and sponsorship activations
• High-level strategic and creative thinking
• Proven experience in overseeing high-impact integrated activations that deliver measurable outcomes
• Display a keen interest new business development and collaboration in new business pitches and presentations
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms and experience with social media integration into activations
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Outstanding organisational skills
• A solution based attitude to challenging internal and client situations
• Management of multiple projects at various stages of delivery
• Management and delivery of project plans, timelines, budgets, briefing documents, KPIs etc.
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders (client, agencies, suppliers etc.)
• Display initiative and look to adds value to client accounts wherever possible
