Account Manager - SEO, SEM & Social Media

I have a great account management role for someone with SEO or SEM experience looking to work on cross-channel campaigns for a global agency with a great client portfolio. If you are great client facing and are looking to develop your knowledge/ expertise across SEO, SEM and Social Media then this could be the perfect role for you!

In conjunction with the Account Director (AD), the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring total client satisfaction with the entire media product.

Working with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure services are delivered on-time according to defined scope and timeline, while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.

The Account Manager has responsibility for managing and growing the client relationship on one or more accounts under the direction of the Account Director. The Account Manager provides client and project team leadership, develops mid-senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor.

The ideal Account Manager is diligent, a good communicator who can demonstrate a record of outstanding client service and solutions. The perfect candidate is a team player: able to work across multiple clients and adhere to deadlines.

The Account Manager will;

Be working across Paid, SEO and Social
Have ownership over a number of clients and would need to be able to coordinate with both clients and internal teams and stakeholders
Be occasionally required to flex outside of the core account management role to complete the research, set up and run paid search campaigns.
If they have had exposure to social, that’s a bonus, but not a pre-requisite.

Requirements;
Good knowledge of all digital media, search and social systems with excellence in understanding how to apply the information and how to identify key trends and insights including; Google analytics, Adwords and all Google tools Kenshoo / Buzz Metrics / Radian 6 / Omniture / Hitwise / Webtrends.
Good knowledge and understanding of the Australian digital media marketplace, trends, Google & industry products both existing and an understanding of betas and new product launches.
Medium-level competency within the client services discipline.
Strong, professional and friendly manner in communication.
Good prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A confident presenter.
Sharp strategic, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
