Our client is looking for an innovative, hands-on, customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager. This position will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of teams; interacting with the retail team, in-stock team, marketing, and their network of Fulfillment Centers and Product Management. As a Technical Account Manager, you will have direct daily contact with the major music labels (Sony, Warner, Universal Music Group, etc.) to acquire and ingest content; including onboarding, coordinating file submissions, troubleshooting and technical support.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated: ownership and independence, ability to build and balance working relationships, an excellent command of process improvement from inception to launch, and the ability to use data to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Own the operational relationship with studios, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end efficiency integrating digital content into systems
• Troubleshoot issues with tools, systems and content submissions in order to identify root-cause, measure impact, generate solutions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Use data to uncover issues, drive improvements and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple organizations
• Establishing trusted consultative relationships with the studios to contribute to improving content availability and by relentlessly advocating for content providers internally
• Lead projects that directly impact the customer, including process improvement initiatives
• Perform against metrics (Service Level Agreement, Customer satisfaction)

Basic Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience managing relationships, cross-functional teams, programs, or products
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem solving abilities
• Strong sense of ownership and a self-starter that has track record of delivering results
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (particularly Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives, using Kaizen or other LEAN principles
