Account Manager - Brand & Property

This agency has an enviable reputation for delivering best-in-class strategic brand solutions for a range of clients across Asia-Pacific. With a strong focus around property clients, they have a stand out portfolio of quality brand designs crossing over multiple touch points.

For their Sydney office they are looking to add an Account Manager to the team.

In this role, they are looking for someone demonstrating star qualities across the following focus areas:

STRATEGY | PROFITABILITY | POSITIVITY | INSIGHTFUL CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

In summary the Account Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering nominated projects on time and on budget. Your proactive client service skills will ensure strong relationships both internally and externally. You'll report directly to the CSD and liaise closely with the studio. Your focus will be on ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver an outstanding creative solution, that exceeds expectations,for your clients

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, grow and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage allocated projects on time and on brief - end-to-end
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients needs and consult on creative solutions to exceed expectations
- Ensure all fee proposals, project estimates and production schedules are realistic in terms of time frames
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the media landscape
- Write effective and engaging briefs
- Demonstrate professional and effective business communication

Key requirements
- At least 3 years creative agency account management experience, preferably within branding and property
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must demonstrate good decision making skills
- Must demonstrate a high level of curiosity
