Account Manager - Agency Experience, FT temp-to-perm

Seeking a mid-level account executive with agency background to join the client services team at an established agency in San Diego.

The account executive will own the day-to-day management of client accounts, acting as a liaison between client and the various internal departments. From developing the creative briefs to scheduling KO meetings, to presenting to the client, the AE is the face of the agency. AEs must be able to speak confidently and be knowledgeable in all aspects of digital marketing, to help determine campaign strategy and be an "expert" on calls with clients.

Candidates must have proven ability to lead and expand business with existing clients, secure new clients, and lead marketing campaigns in digital space (specifically SEO/SEM, site analytics, creative). The AE will be responsible for understanding the client's business deeply, and make recommendations for additional campaigns or services. Ability and comfort with upselling with an established relationship will be required. Managing client expectations and knowing when to push-back, is also equally important.

You will be interfacing on a daily basis with project managers, development team, vendors/suppliers, contractors.

Nuts and Bolts:
-2-4 years of AE experience at a similar agency (digital)
-B.A. or B.S. in related field
-Understanding of SEO concepts, PPC management, basic website CMS platforms, digital marketing ecosystem
-Quantitative results from business expansion or client retention standpoint
