We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our brand, digital and design agency in London Bridge. The role is on a fixed term basis of 9 months maternity cover. You will be working with a variety of clients.

Overview
As Account Manager, you will work alongside the directors in managing client accounts and day-to-day studio coordination. Great organisational skills and a friendly, approachable manner are essential. You will need to suit a small agency environment, adapting your skills for all projects big and small, from digital marketing campaigns to logo design and integrated marketing campaigns.

Duties

• Delivering branding, print and digital marketing campaigns
• Manage the full account management process from obtaining client briefs, writing creative briefs, managing budgets and ensuring projects are deliver to set deadlines
• Building good working relationships with clients and being point of contact
• Effective organisation of client feedback and booking designers
• Proofing and inputting on creative work
• Dealing with suppliers

Requirements:
• Previously worked in a client-facing position is expected
• Experience in delivering both print and digital marketing
• Commercially aware - understanding of digital media, UX design, print and advertising.
• Able to multi task on multiple projects and co-ordinate effective use of resources and time.
• Experience in B2B preferable, but not essential
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
